Kayla fell in love with the process of being a Realtor when she was just 15 years old house hunting for her parents forever home. Before Kayla began her career full time in Real Estate she had invested in a couple of pre-construction properties. She also worked for a few years at one of Canada’s most prominent secondary mortgage lending bank Home Trust where she learned a great deal about mortgages and financing.
Kayla has a decade of experience and started with a small independent brokerage where she experienced working closely with builders downtown Toronto doing exclusive events for their investor clients. After a couple of years her brokerage decided to collaborate with one of the top firms Century 21 Atria where this brokerage had really close ties with some of the top builders of city. Working downtown she met a lot of young professionals just starting out to get their first property to rent. As she grew in her career so did the referrals and clients. From renters to condo owners, investors and home owners which spread her portfolio into the suburban areas. Kayla’s well rounded background of knowledge and experience will help you to achieve your goals in all aspects of Real Estate.
Thomas Dam – Real Estate Sales Representative
Thomas Dam began his career in real estate by partnering with his sister, Kayla Dam, achieving success early on within their brokerage by winning the title ‘Team of the Year 2014.’ Following his initial achievements, Thomas took the exciting opportunity to work in-house for a real estate developer. During his time working closely with a reputable builder, Thomas was involved with multiple condominium launches and sales events, resulting in hundreds of transactions. Within a few years, Thomas had branched out to working with several of the city’s most notable builders such as Centrecourt Developments, Malibu Investments, Onni and Menkes. Taking the hands-on experience he learned during his time selling for developers, Thomas decided it was time to work independently, assisting buyers directly in both pre-construction and resale. Taking his knowledge and experience in new homes and condominiums, coupled with his devotion to quality customer service, Thomas continues to work diligently for his clients while promoting the latest in pre-construction developments across the GTA.
Jessica Dam – Mortgage Specialist
Seeing the success of her siblings, Jessica Dam decided that she wanted to join the family business. By acquiring her mortgage agent license, Dam Homes now offers an in-house, mortgage specialist to help you with your purchasing needs.
With a background in the health care industry, Jessica is naturally client-focused and ensures her client’s best interests are always at heart.
